This selection from George E. Kouri’s The Sign of the Kingdom examines the Olivet Discourse as a first-century prophecy concerning Jerusalem’s judgment and the end of the Old Covenant era. Kouri argues that the destruction of the Temple in A.D. 70 confirmed Jesus as Messiah and marked the establishment of Christ’s present reign and the New Covenant age.
